North Carolina - Paralegal
Kim is a native Californian who has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years. After practicing criminal and family law in California for 15 years, she relocated to Elizabeth City, North Carolina in 2005, to enjoy the peace and quiet that northeastern North Carolina offers. However, Kim is still licensed to practice law in California, and continues to handle cases in the state. Kim has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from UCLA and a Juris Doctor from Empire College, School of Law, in Santa Rosa, California. She now serves in a paralegal role for Gunther Law Group by providing valuable consultation from her many years of experience as a practicing attorney in criminal and family law.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and cats. She is also the current president of the Friends of the Museum of the Albemarle. In this role, she enjoys learning more about the history of her community and preserving the community’s heritage for future generations.
